FOR BUSINESSES

Put your name behind a season

We are a Michigan nonprofit supporting Track & Field and Cross Country athletes in mid-Michigan. Sponsorship pays for the specific things that stop a kid competing — a pair of spikes, a seat on the bus, a place at camp.

What sponsorship pays for

Plain numbers, so you know what your money does.

Nothing here is abstract. $75 puts a pair of practice shoes on an athlete who is running in worn-out ones. $150 covers competition spikes for a season. $140 sends one runner to team camp. $500 funds a college scholarship contribution for a graduating senior.

We are a small organisation and every sponsorship is spent on athletes in our programs.

What your money buys

Pick a thing, not a tier. Every one of these is a real cost we are covering this season.

Practice shoes

$75

  • One athlete, the whole season
  • The most common thing we are asked for

A week at camp

$140

  • Food, campsite and programming
  • Sends one runner who would otherwise stay home

Competition spikes

$150

  • One athlete, track season
  • Racing shoes, not trainers

Two runners at camp

$280

  • The pair who would miss out
  • Or say what you had in mind and we will tell you what it covers

A season of the mileage club

$1,000

  • 150 children, a whole school year
  • Shirts, tokens and chains at Carson City Elementary
  • Your name in front of every family in the school

What you get

Modest and specific. We would rather under-promise.

  • Your logo on our supporters page, linked to your website.
  • Named in the campaign your money funded — not a generic thank-you.
  • A receipt carrying our EIN for your records.
  • A note at season’s end telling you what your gift actually paid for.

Before you decide

You are putting your name next to ours. Check us first.

Every dollar we have received and everything we have spent is published on our Where the Money Goes page, from our first gift onwards. It also sets out plainly what we are not: no federal 501(c)(3) determination yet, no independent audit, and eight weeks of history. We would rather you knew that from us.

Our bank account needs two signers. Decisions that could benefit a director or their family are taken by the directors with no interest in them. If you want to see a statement or the bylaws before committing, ask and we will send them.

Start a conversation

Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with exactly what it would fund. If none of the amounts above suit, say so — we would rather find something that works than lose the help. No obligation, and we will not put you on a mailing list.

We reply within two days, usually the same day. A real person, not a form letter.
